I wish I could give this product a five-star rating, but I can't because my Lourdes Hydrofix stopped working after six months of use. I have no idea why. At first, it worked great and was fine. I also cleaned it regularly. But then it stopped working, so I contacted customer service.
Luckily, it had a 1-year warranty, so I made a claim and got it repaired easily. They said the button had a bad wire, so it didn't work.
